Delivery Time
All models are printed upon receiving an order. We do not keep a stock of finished products, so the processing time for an order can take from three days to a week, depending on the workload.
Shipping
Delivery is made via registered mail with a tracking number. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
Returns
Since all models are made to order, unfortunately, we do not accept returns.
Model Quality
The models are created using LCD printing, resulting in a smooth surface without noticeable layering (layer thickness is 0.05 mm). However, minor imperfections may occasionally occur but can be easily fixed with 8000-10000 grit sandpaper. Each model undergoes a visual inspection before shipping.
Resin
Resin has characteristics similar to plastic. It is extremely easy to work with using sandpaper and scribers. Only the areas where supports are attached need processing and cleaning. Flat areas where the model parts connect and need to be cleaned from supports should be sanded by placing the sandpaper on a flat, hard surface. We advise not to delay assembling the model, as the resin may become slightly more brittle over time.
How to Remove Supports
It is recommended to remove supports using well-sharpened micro cutters. Scissors are not suitable for this task. A sharp hobby knife can also be a good alternative.
What does “instructions provided digitally” mean?
After purchasing and paying for the model, you will receive an email that includes a password for an archive containing the assembly instructions. In the Downloads section of the website, you can download the archive, which includes the following:
- Painting instructions – 2 versions.
- High-resolution assembly instructions.
- A set of photos of the real prototype – these images were used during the creation of the 3D model and may be helpful for experienced modelers looking to refine the model.
- A list of useful websites with information about the prototype.
Will there be other models?
Yes, we definitely plan to release more models. However, since we create them primarily for ourselves and commercial success is not our main priority, we cannot guarantee any specific timelines.
Is it cold in Estonia?
Estonia is a northern country, so it’s mostly cold and damp. But in the summer, we sometimes get days when you can even take off your fur hat. Just kidding 🙂 Our climate is quite normal – in winter, we go skiing, and in the summer, we sunbathe and swim in the sea.
